
Dr. Carrie Carda (SAR-da) - an OB-GYN with 14 years of experience - is also an expert in Regenerative Medicine and Nutrition. Her pursuit of pro-active solutions that address these issues makes her an asset to our board, because DynaMAXX’s research and development of nutritionally-rich products places us at the forefront of nutraceuticals.
Dr. Carda’s initial medical training is in traditional western medicine, but in 2003, her then-five year old daughter became deaf after an illness. Her daughter, Taylor received a cochlear implant, and then spent three years relearning how to hear and communicate. Taylor’s story has a happy ending, and Dr. Carda wants to help others have happily-ever-afters, too, by teaching them to be prevent the disease path through natural factors such as nutrition, adequate rest, stress reduction and an active life style.
To equip herself to help others even more, Dr. Carda got an additional Masters degree in Regenerative Medicine and Nutrition.

Rhonda Roth, AFAA has a Bachelors of Science and Sociology and is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer with association education in Nutritional Fundamentals. Her passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Ms. Roth’s approach to fitness balances activity, intensity and food consumption. In fact, she believes nutrition is the secret to reaching fitness goals, whether overweight and out of shape or desiring to participate in fitness competitions.
While she participates in Figure Competitions, Ms. Roth is a strong believer in challenging a participant without creating a cookie-cutter approach to working out. Because she is aware muscles have incredible memory, she has become an expert at varying routine and producing desired results.
She also focuses on helping individuals reach their optimal fitness with individualized work out adjustments and schedules. Taking into account fitness level as well as personal goals is important, she believes, because the number one reason people discontinue fitness classes is because the course is too difficult.
Ms. Roth knows that the average person quits a work out routine after just three weeks, and it’s her mission to encourage others through education and workout variation to become their most fit selves.
Rhonda Roth has been married for 17 years and has three children. In addition to Figure Competitions, she enjoys rodeo and raising cattle, horses and designer puppies.

Their mutual interest in nutrition as the basis for optimal health led Dr. Carda to recommend Mrs. Roth to her Missouri weight loss clinic patients.
Both nutrition enthusiasts are advocate natural supplements. Dr. Carda is working on her Masters degree in Metabolic Medicine & Nutrition and Ms. Roth gained her expertise in nutrition through certification by the AFAA, Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.

Mr. Dodge and his wife, Margaret, have three children. He is very active in coaching soccer and football and working with kids in YMCA programs. Outside of his love for reading, Bryan’s hobbies are mostly outdoor activities such as hunting and skiing.
