Long-time friends Bill Ladwig and Jay Archer have been successful entrepreneurs and businessmen for many years, and they've both been highly successful in network marketing. When the two determined that network marketing was the perfect vehicle to bring a few remarkable new products to market, they began building a team of some of the brightest minds in the network marketing industry to ensure the company's success.

Bill Ladwig, Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder

Bill Ladwig is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years' experience in business development. Following college graduation, Bill's business acumen was honed during his years as a highly successful loan officer and advisor in the financial sector.

As his can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit took control, Bill began building several successful traditional businesses, which continue to thrive even in today's struggling economy. He has spent most of his adult life making life better for countless others, offering products and services to those who might otherwise go without. His pay-it-forward mindset is evident in every aspect of his business and personal life – from the way he respects and regards his business associates to his deep love for his family.

Never one to shy away from a challenge or opportunity, Bill's network marketing career was launched in the mid-1990s. His strong work ethic and leadership abilities propelled him to become a top 10 earner within his first year. In 2007, along with his good friend Jay Archer, Bill joined his second network marketing company and, again, rocketed to the top ranks of success within just a few months.

With his networking marketing successes coupled with years of business success, the vision of DynaMAXX International began to take shape. Bill and fellow co-founder Jay Archer decided to bring all their years of business and network marketing expertise together to help create a place where others could truly have a better life and live to the MAXX.


Jay Archer, Chief Development Officer / Co-Founder

Jay Archer has been a free-spirited entrepreneur all his life. From a very early age, Jay had the ability to recognize a business opportunity – and act on it. He carried this talent through college, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and entrepreneurship, and quickly became a top-producing stockbroker and account executive.

Building on his early business successes, Jay expanded into capital investments, team building and training. While known for also being laid back and fun loving, Jay is acutely focused on business development. As a licensed realtor and owner of a lucrative real estate investment firm, Jay possesses broad expertise in both customer acquisition and finance. His personable nature and calm leadership enable him to be an effective communicator and skilled training specialist.

With an eye for opportunity and a penchant for recruiting and team building, Jay and long-time friend Bill Ladwig ventured into network marketing, rising almost immediately to the ranks of the top producers. The two friends combined their successes in both traditional business and network marketing to create DynaMAXX. Together, they have built a solid foundation for others to share in the blessings and success that network marketing has afforded them.


Geof Ferfort, Vice President of Operations

Since college, Geof Ferfort has focused on developing and implementing effective and efficient corporate operations. His 16 years of experience and extensive knowledge of all aspects of both operations and network marketing make him the perfect vice president of operations for DynaMAXX.

Geof has successfully managed operations for four networking companies in his 16 years. Most recently he served as senior director of operations for a startup company that generated more than $150 million in sales revenue in its first three years, handling all operational functions and activities from supply chain management and logistics to customer support and corporate administration. He is experienced in the development of support infrastructure to accommodate scalable growth plans as well as international expansion efforts.

Geof has an acute ability to establish effective, financially-sound operational systems and procedures. His attention to detail, business management acumen and engaging personality bring a dimension to DynaMaxx that encourages optimal performance, excellence, and accountability, both individually and as a company.


Greg Petralia - Vice President of Sales

Greg has been an inspiration and leader in the direct selling field for almost 20 years, working with top companies. He has implemented sales and marketing campaigns that sky-rocketed sales and created a boom in distributor organizations. Through his excellent communication skills and a talent for motivation, he has helped multiple companies and distributors grow their businesses globally, easing them through expansion phases while shaping corporate policies in training strategies to help ensure optimal opportunity.

Greg's leadership expertise is founded on the principals of loyalty, trust and an excellent work ethic. This marathon runner and consummate volunteer has been married to his beautiful wife, Lynette, for 26 years, and has 6 wonderful children. He believes in giving back, and has inspired tens of thousands from national and international podiums. His vision for excellence is a key reason DynaMAXX is glad to have him on the corporate team. 

Jim Anderson, Senior Director – Business Development

Jim is a recognized and well respected professional within the direct sales and network marketing industry.  He understands networking from the field perspective, having been a successful full-time independent distributor/master distributor in various companies. During Mr. Anderson’s 23 year industry career, he has also been centrally involved as a consultant, senior executive and president for some of the industry’s fastest-growing companies. One of the start-up companies for which he was president grew from 5,000 distributors to more than 140,000 active distributors and annual sales in excess of $120 million within two years.    He also served as the Senior Director Global Business Development of Mannatech, Inc. He was operating in this capacity during its greatest growth stage when the company grew from $120 million to over $420 million in annual sales and more than 450,000 active distributors. There is nothing like a cross section of experiences in similar enterprises to bring a fresh perspective to us here at DynaMAXX.  A gifted communicator, listens well to ideas and concerns, and can be counted on to add energy and creativity in continuing to polish our duplicatable “system for success” marketing approach to the business.
